  1. Do we really sign in at Box....or is our name on white board sufficient.

    Prog. recovery drink vanilla Breakfast....eggs, orange slices, almonds, herbal tea from acupuncturist ( no sweetener, no dairy) Lunch: chicken breast, salad no dressing 3 slices avocado, herbal tea, Planned dinner:ground lean beef, broccoli with walnuts, water.
