Daily Meal Post 2/7

We have noticed some trends in some of your meal posts. We want you all to keep in mind that this is still a PALEO challenge, and the goal is to be as perfect as possible to see the best results. Even one cheat a day can have a significant negative impact on your health. Dairy (including yogurt), any grain, legumes (including peas), and high sugar foods should be avoided AT ALL COSTS. We will do our best to give you each feedback on your dietary choices, so it is definitely necessary that you post EVERYTHING that you eat in the day. Keep up the good work, and good luck!

Urgh! Fresh lemon and hot water (with apple cider vinegar and cinnamon)
