Recovery, eggs baked apple (only with water and cinnamom),lean groud turkey with spaghetti squash and green peppers and broccoli, popcorn (it was a long movie!), chicken and veggies ………………..PLEASE EXPLAIN almond butter..I have it. I like it I cook with it..….no peanuts I get, what about the “butter” part…….and what do you put it on…no bread??? Celery??

    2. JoAnn, I like to take one stalk of celery, cut it up into 4 pieces, spread almond butter on them, place two raw raisins on each piece, and sprinkle bits of coconut on top. It's a nice little snack!
