  1. Sweet potato, tad bit of butter, turkey sausage, movie snack (no popcorn this time): apple slices and almond butter, almonds, walnuts, cranraisins, water, chicken, spaghetti squash and broccoli…….exhausted……..what gives?

  2. Egg and banana pancake, salmon, grilled veggies (squash, carrots, mushrooms), one square dark chocolate(86%). skipped a meal today, not feeling that great.

    45% dark chocolate w/ almonds..need a higher percentage?

    1. Greek Yogurt is still dairy so a no. And chocolate needs to be 70% or higher :)

    24 hour fast then ate the world!

    Salad w/ homemade dressing

    Salsa
    Eggs
    Banana pancake
    * all in less than an hour :)

    (had the flu which killed my appetite)
