    Lemon zinger tea with apple cider vinegar.
    Progenex more muscle 1/2 coconut milk 1/2 water.

    2 lobster tails with garlic and olive oil. Artichoke

    85% dark chocolate covered strawberries, coconut bark, Lara bar
