Recovery, 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple with almond butter, chicken, spaghetti squash and broccoli, water, salad (mostly lettuce and avocado with oil and vinegar), tuna, water with lime slices herbal tea with a splash of coconut milk.......not tired today....loved today's WOD and such a great group at 5 a.m.

    If anyone is getting bored with just oil and vinegar on salad, this recipe is really good!

    Ingredients:
    1 small shallot, finely chopped
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
    1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
    Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
