  3. denver omelette, fruit (pineapple, grapes), dry English muffin (I know); herbal tea, packed movie snack/lunch instead of popcorn: beef jerky, sweet potato chips (olive oil and cinnamon), herbal tea, chicken broccoli, walnuts, herbal tea. PS Saw everyone was eating those Larabars so I order some for next week. The other advantage of this food log is to get ideas!
