Herbal tea, one egg, ½ steak, avocado, baked apples with water and cinnamon only, almonds…..(I’m trying to eat more at breakfast and less as the day progresses..any thoughts?); more herbal tea this time with a teaspoon of non-dairy creamer, salad with lettuce, avocado, yellow peppers with oil/vinegar, steak strips, water with lime, herbal tea, celery/ almond butter …….trying desperately not to snack during Oscars so I’m doing paperwork
