  14. Good idea Cheryl...way past my bedtime:
    REALLY REALLY WANT PIZZA!!!!!!! But I had……..Recovery, Hardboiled egg, turkey bacon, avocado, dark choc almond milk, herbal tea, chicken, celery and almond butter, herbal tea, more herbal tea this time with a splash of non-dairy creamer. Ground beef, orange bell pepper, more herbal tea (plain)

    2 eggs with curry chicken

    *FAILED attempt at upgrading my banana egg pancake recipe- one egg, one banana, tbsp of coconut butter, vanilla. Topping- microwaved mixed berries and sunbutter. FYI coconut butter does not hold well when baking;) ill be leaving that out next time.
    Crockpot chicken curry and broccoli
    Plaintain chips and salsa
    Pro Gen X more muscle with water
    Chocolate coconut milk No added sugar
    Grass fed beef brussels sprouts bacon
