  2. Recovery, egg/banana pancakes with coconut flakes, dark choc almond milk, mid-morning snack: hard boiled egg, grapes, almonds, chicken spaghetti squash with broccoli, herbal tea with almond milk…….not hungry, no dinner

    Finally had my first egg/banana pancake..won't have often because of the banana but nice change especially with the coconut flakes...
