  6. eggs, green peppers, why protein, raw cashews, orange, water, Paleo cereal ( black/blue/rasp-berries, sliced almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and almond milk) <-- great idea Kathleen!! Turkish salad (recipe listed on next tab), sea bass, green beans, tomato, 1 glass of white wine, muscles, and small slice of sourdough bread.

    Workout - Crossfit Pallas - "KB Killer" - 2 rounds of 20 kettle bell burpess, 20 overhead squats, 20 KB swings, and 20 KB snatches. (12#, time: 12:58)
