    Leftover paleo pancakes from yesterday.
    Grass fed beef stew (carrots celery onions red and purple potatoes)

  12. scrambled eggs, chicken, sweet potato, avocado, salmon, green beans w/ bacon, a homemade chocolate mousse if that's what you would call it but its a dessert made of coconut milk, eggs, and dark chocolate chips (so good).
