Bacon and egg breakfast sandwich ( didn't realize the challenge started this morning), almonds, oranges, beef jerky, grilled chicken sandwich minus bun, and beef kabobs for dinner ( if I don't burn them)
Breakfast One egg one banana three strawberries cup of apple cider vinegar tea with honey Protein shake Lunch Two organic beef burgers two slices of bacon half avocado onions broccoli spinach With olive oil Decaffeinated Ice tea One mandarin orange 2 squares of dark chocolate 86% Protein shake almond milk Gym snack leftovers organic beef burger patty spinach one slice bacon salsa Echinacea tea Wild caught salmon roasted broccoli roasted Brussel sprouts 2 olives
Breakfast : eggs avocado and salsa. Snack 1 : almonds, apple and banana. Lunch:chicken salad with avocado no dressing. Snack 2: hard boiled egg and orange. After WOD protein shake. DInner; chicken with avocado and salsa. 1 1/2 gal of water
Breakfast: Omlette (with onions, tomato, shredded chicken, serrano chilies), Boiled Carrots, Raw tomatoe slices. Drink: Black Tea Lunch: Lean pork Curry, Stir fried Leaks (Olive Oil used), Water & Black Tea Dinner: 1.5lbs of Salmon with onions and garlic Drink. Black Tea & Water

ReplyDeleteProg. recovery drink vanilla Breakfast....eggs, orange slices, almonds, herbal tea from acupuncturist ( no sweetener, no dairy) Lunch: chicken breast, salad no dressing 3 slices avocado, herbal tea, Planned dinner:ground lean beef, broccoli with walnuts, water.
We may make a sign in sheet but for now we'll go off the results board :)
