Sweet potato, tad bit of butter, turkey sausage, movie snack (no popcorn this time): apple slices and almond butter, almonds, walnuts, cranraisins, water, chicken, spaghetti squash and broccoli…….exhausted……..what gives?
Egg and banana pancake, salmon, grilled veggies (squash, carrots, mushrooms), one square dark chocolate(86%). skipped a meal today, not feeling that great.

eggs bacon salmon mashed potatoes chicken sunflower seeds 2% chobani greek yogurt..is this a no go? 45% dark chocolate w/ almonds..need a higher percentage? monster energy drink (another paper due, pulling an all nighter)

Greek Yogurt is still dairy so a no. And chocolate needs to be 70% or higher :)
