  1. WOD ON OWN: Beautiful run/walk (40%/60%, well maybe 30%/70%) around the Long Beach Harbor; very nice, very spiritual, nice break from in-the-box WODS but I miss my 5 a.m. gang)
    Herbal tea, orange juice,eggs, bacon, peppers, onions, grapes, “insides” of a turkey club sandwich (turkey, lettuce, tomato), apple, Naked green machine, almonds, bunch of veggies for dinner: carrot sticks, celery, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, lots of water and lots of herbal teas.
