  2. Paleo banana choc chip muffins
    Vietnamese breakfast- beef shrimp squid wrapped with lettuce and herbs. Pho broth with no noodles. Pork. Ban sou (egg sprouts shrimp beef). Chicken curry.
    They cut open a baby coconut and I ate/drank it! Awesome!
    Salad with steak red potatoes squash egg tomato red peppers jalepinos
    Paleo muffin with sun butter
    Dark chocolate mandarin orange
    Sleepy time tea
