  1. NO WOD at box………walk at Thompson Creek Park with girlfriends….beautiful way to start a later work day. Sorry 5 a.m.ers. This seemed like a better fitness choice today!

    Hardboiled eggs, fruit, herbal tea, sunflower seeds, spaghetti squash with broccoli, oil/vinegar, chicken, herbal tea, celery with almond butter, herbal tea...nothing to eat after 3pm...this has really made a difference for me!!
